Oremar yükleyici (Oremar TV Uploader) uses YouTube API Services. By using this application, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy, in addition to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The application is a private, internal tool operated by Oremar TV. It is used only by the owner of the YouTube channel @oremartv to upload, schedule and manage videos, thumbnails, captions, playlists and metadata on that channel and to read that channel's own analytics. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
The application may be used only in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable law. Only content the channel owner has the right to publish may be uploaded.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Oremar TV does not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Oremar TV is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
These Terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
